HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you purchase Letters-from-the-Heart you purchase an entire year of friendship and enjoyment for your special family member.

This unique program includes a personalized, hand-written letter mailed to your loved-one at approximately the same time each month. It also includes a birthday card and gift and a festive holiday card and gift during the month of December.

When you place your order through the online registration form, we ask you to complete a brief questionnaire about your family members’ interests, hobbies, and life. The information you provide allows us to craft each letter in a unique and personal way.

When the program begins, an introductory letter explains the writer is a friend of the family who enjoys corresponding and requested permission to write.

After that, the letters are totally unique, creative and fun!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Letters-from-the-Heart costs less than $21 per month!

This is a highly personalized program that provides ongoing adult friendship to your favorite family member!

Your check or credit card payment in the amount of $250 provides a full year of enjoyment.

THINGS TO NOTE:

1. In order to complete your registration, you must complete the registration form on this website. It is important that I get to know you and your special family member.

2. Due to website limitations and the nature of my service, I am unable to accept amortized payments. The full amount of $250 is due at the onset of the program and is payable with check or credit card. Should you have special needs regarding payment, please contact me to see if we can find a solution.

3. Checks should be payable to Letters-from-the-Heart and mailed to: Letters-from-the-Heart, 9700 Egret Chase Lane, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. Please note that you will still need to complete a registration form to begin the program. If you need a registration form mailed to you, please let me know.

5. The program begins within 30 days of receipt of payment.

6. The purchaser will receive a renewal notice three months prior to the expiration of the program.

7. Programs purchased in December, or in a birth month, begin the following month. (We do this to allow time to become familiar with the client, thereby enabling us to purchase the most appropriate cards and gifts.)

8. If the recipient has vision difficulties (or other frailties) we will be happy to discuss our options with the purchaser prior to payment.

9. Our program is not limited by age or gender. It is offered to anyone who is socially isolated, including youth and adults with developmental disabilities, people in the military, people living with serious illnesses, and speakers of other languages.

10. We do not correspond with those who are incarcerated in correctional facilities.
